Inspiration for my paintings is derived from nature, nostalgia and common objects that I find interesting. Deciding which elements would be more interesting in an abstract format and which realistic details would enhance the piece is one of my favorite parts of my process. I enjoy using fluid acrylics to showcase the flow of lines and patterns within a composition, as well as finding ways to communicate my thoughts through imagery. It is always my goal to create a feeling of excitement, growth, and hope within my paintings.
